'ello everyone. Finally gave in and bought a Kindle 3 WiFi last week after borrowing a friends for a try out. Good experience so far. I did this mainly because I see books as going the same way as music and photography—all digital (well, maybe not all.) Since I started using it one advantage that I've found over paper is the ability to quickly switch between books. On paper I can only ever read one book, cover-to-cover, at a time, but on the Kindle I find that I can change books easily. There seems to be less of a cognitive shift, IYSWIM. Anway, 'ello! |
