She should hire whoever it was who already scanned in her books, painstakingly edited/formatted them, added all the illustrations, and converted them lovingly into various formats. Just a masterful job. Or so I've been told.

Two points of interest: The IPad/Kindle comment and later discussion about the rights selling for a huge amount scares me. She might end up with an exclusivity deal and that would be silly. It would be down right horrible if her books landed only in IBooks since no one has figured out how to crack that DRM yet.

And the phrase activly considering was used far to frequently to make me comfortable.

I would love to ask where to get them from, even though I know I can't.

I've already got the set in paper book form, so I'm not sure that I'll splash out £60+ to get the set in ebook format too. It's welcome news though.

Oh I do hope it comes out exclusively for iBooks. Then maybe the hackers will be motivated to crack that DRM.

Why bother? The official versions will be converted from PDF so they will be full of mistakes. It wouldn't make sense cracking them when everyone already has properly proof-read versions.

I'd buy it, even if it was at hard cover prices; and even if I already had it form the darknet (which I haven't, but I'm tempted). But NOT in iBook format. I'd prefer epub, but would settle for Kindle.

I'll sooner buy a book on amazon than iBooks.

I wish she would publish them, the version I got is kinda bad. Most of time the darknet version are the americanized ones... And hardly any ePub.

Now I'm wondering if these will comes out before i'm done proofreading.
