Best reader for library management?

So I've seen tons of threads about this or that readers poor library management. I, like many others, went out and bought the biggest SD card my nook would support. Granted, I only wanted to be able to load 2-300 titles on it at a time (many short stories, etc), but still thumbing through all that is tough. The shelving option would be great, if i could manage it on my desktop and not have to manually move a book to a shelf ON the Nook.

So my question is this - what, in your opinion, is the best e-ink screen reader for managing large libraries? Is it calibre compliant?

As far as I am concerned if you going to tag things and put them in collections your best bet is a sony. You can put things in collections directly from tags and series that are in calibre. I don't have my sony anymore I have a kindle and sometimes really miss the library of the sony.

I have found that the collection feature on the Kindle to work nicely. It is a bit of a pain to move everything in the first time but once it is together it works nicely.
