Anybody got a PRS-T1 in RED?

Hi,

So I have pre-ordered the PRS-T1 in red, and I am not sure if it is even available in the States yet.

I pre-ordered it through NewEgg on Sep 21st, it is a gift for my wife. Originally the Newegg web site said that it is available in Oct. 2nd, but that date came and gone with no shipment.

I contacted New Egg and they don't have any idea when they are getting another shipment, Sony Style online store in the US was showing Oct. 16th ever since 9/21. And Newegg are being VERY vague about whether ANY stock was shipped in red. (the answer is: The answer is not available in the system.)

Just wonder if any of the red ones is in the wild, when did you get it and how do you like it.

BTW, the BestBuys in NYC has the black one in stock and on display, so is BHphotos and Bestbuy.com. But the red one is no where to be found. (And the white/silver one.)

I feel like Newegg made a mistake and everything is available AFTER Oct. 16th for the RED and WHITE.

Oh well, have to wait.
