Before I ask for it I think it would be wise to create a committee to discern if the public wishes me to ask for it.

Surely one needs to find out whether one wants it first, set up a committee for that first....

Ahh, excuse me, I think you are both being a bit premature, we first need to form a committee to determine the exact nature of "it" and then to determine what constitutes your, or anyone's, desire to posses "it".

The first step is a series of 'open to all' workshops to ascertain the size, scope and membership of the 'what is "it"' and the 'agenda setting' committees.

Of course, alternatively, you could just leave it to me to decide. Democracy's overrated anyway.
