Emily has met many interesting characters during her time as a volunteer at her local soup kitchen. One fateful Thanksgiving day, an eccentric drifter simply called "Mac" arrived. He seemed nice enough, but something about his mannerisms were simply... off. Mac didn't arrive alone. Strange creatures appeared in the basement of the soup kitchen, creatures that seemed to be birthed out of thin air. Bizarre beings that latch on to any person that crosses their path and molest their minds. Mac claims to know where the creatures came from and how to stop them, but Emily and her friends do not know if they can trust him. Yet when more of the creatures keep arriving, they realize he may be their only option for survival.
