Minor Dropbox Metadata mishap

I use Dropbox to keep my Calibre library in sync between two PCs. It normally works like a dream.

The other day, however, I failed to notice I left Calibre open on one PC while I added books to another. I then had two "conflicted copy" metadata.db files in Dropbox.

As a test, I've renamed each one to metadata.db and then ran Check library. In both cases, Calibre reported Extra Titles.

What's the easiest/best way to bring the titles that are in the Calibre directory but not in the Calibre database back into Calibre?

move them out and add then again by right clicking on add books and choosing one book per folder
