Nook Color- video won't work

I've tried to side load a MPEG 4 video and it won't work on my rooted NC. I tried other video as well and no luck. The video is from the I-tunes store. Anyway, any suggestions/ help etc is most welcome.

Items from the itunes store are protected. No way to play them anywhere else than your iThingie.

I have converted all my videos for my Ipod Touch to m4v using the app Airvideo. Works great, all of them play fine too on my NC.

Thanks but how do i convert? Also, can I convert video purchased from i-tunes and then play it on my NC?

I bought several DVDs of my favorite movies and converted them to the format that iTunes accepts. Then I side loaded them to the nook. I am now waiting on a large memory card to put them all on. From memory I googled how to convert movies to iTunes format and probably bought something off the Internet for a few dollars. Worth it though, and I remember it took a long time. I don't download from iTunes.
