Two curiosities and a small request

I'm using 0.7.45, and as of today 0.7.46, on Win 7.

The curiosities: first, on installation, the license text to which I am to agree appears in approximately 72 point size, and the characters overlap to a great degree. The result is illegible. Second, in the viewer, only about every 1 in 4 or 5 hyphens show up. I searched this forum and understand this is related to a bug in webkit.

The small request is also concerning the reader. The margin to the right of the scroll bar is the same size as the margin on the left. That is a departure from standard Windows presentation, where the scroll bar is very close to the right edge of the window. So I end up grabbing margin to scroll, out of habit, instead of the scroll bar. Does shrinking the right margin make sense? Visually I think it does, as the scroll bar would function as visual white space in a similar way to the left margin if the total margin width on the right included the scroll bar, providing better visual balance.
