New with this Forum from Amsterdam

Hello to you all.
I'm rather new in using both ebooks and Calibra , but did find out I should have started long before.
Never had been so easy to carry a load of books around, (I do live on a boat, and weight is a big issue here).

There is one thing I can't find, and that's if there is a way to mark as "read" the books you actually already did enjoy?

Rob

Hello Rob, and welcome to Mobileread. A suggestion for your marking as read problem - you could do it in "Tags" in Calibre couldn't you?

Since weight is a big deal when you are on a boat I would imagine that you would need the lightest reader possible. Borders reports that the lightest would be the Sony PRS-350.

Hi Rob and welcome to MobileRead. I keep track of the books I have and have read in my own database. If you'd like a copy of my database to log your own books in, let me know.

Good to have your company, Rob. If you're particularly pleased with a book you've read, highlight it in your Calibre virtual library and go to 'edit meta data'. You can then give it a star rating and add private comments to jog your memory later. Good luck and best wishes. Neil
