Hello everyone
Hello there. Newbie to the forums here. I stumbled across these forums in my research on ereaders. I am thinking of getting one since I do LOVE to read. However I'm not sure how I am going to like not having the physical book in my hands. Anywhoo, I am now off to search & read some of the posts on here.

Ok so I've taken a few hours & have done a few searches. I'm still no closer to understanding the different types of e-readers than I was before. If anyone can help me out I'd greatly appraciate it.

I'm looking for something that I can read, mostly PDF books on. I've got several on my computer that I bought off ebay or have gotten off of some free ebook sites & their in PDF.

I would like any e-reader I get to be able to read those. I like being able to get free ebooks from different sites & then downloading them to the e-reader. I don't like being bound to one paticular store or site.

Connecting through wifi or 3g doesn't really matter to me. As long as I can download to my computer & then download to the e-reader I'll be happy. I'd also like it to accept a memory card of some type. And I'd like to keep it below $150.

Again any help is appraciated. Thanks guys.
