calibre software is not emailing me news

starting yesterday, calibre software doesn't automatically email me my newsfeeds after it downloads the news.

it was working fine prior to that.

any ideas why?

Open the jobs dialog (click jobs in the bottom right of the main window). Are the email jobs running? Are they erroring? You can select a job and click the more info button to get more information.

when i look at the jobs that are running, i only see download jobs and no email jobs. a couple days ago, when this was working properly, i would see the download jobs AND the email jobs.

try uninstalling, re-downloading and re-installing calibre

ok figured it out.

i accidently changed the Preferred output format to some format other than mobi. when i changed it back to mobi, it downloads and emails. thanks guys.
