Book cover from home

Hi guys! I recently bought my Kindle (already Jailbreaked,made custom screensavers,installed launchpad, notepad,ssh it,duokan,etc). But almost not used it for reading...so I was in the home (library screen) and I started looking for all shortcuts pressing all buttons and convinations and then suddenly I was looking at a full screen picture of the cover from one of my books (i was in reading mode in the portrait of the book!) I dont know what i'have done but I think i stepped on a hidden feature and I cannot reproduce it

Someone know how to do that? (look at fullscreen covers from the home)

Are you sure you didn't just open the book and it was set to open on the cover page (or the cover was the last page you were on when you left the book previously)?

Most probably he opened a book on his Kindle, and then he pressed the 'Previous Page' button until he arrived to the book's cover.

Problem solved.

As discussed here ad nausiam, a Kindle book can't be set to open at its cover

true, but if the last time you were in that book you left while you were viewing the cover, the next time you select that book it will open at the cover.

Which is what I do when I load a book onto my Kindle..... Yes, sometimes I do decide which book to read next based on its cover

. This is actually what I meant by being 'set to open on the cover' but I can see where my wording could provoke the ad nauseum confusion.

No guys! The book i was reading DONT HAVE COVER inside cause is an HTML conversion (all of my books are like this). I added the cover with calibre and is stored on a separate file. I can see the cover only when I press right from the home but thats just a small thumbnail. What I see that day was a FULLSCREEN cover!

PS: Problem not solved!

If you added a cover with calibre and then converted the HTML version of the book to mobi to read on a Kindle, then I absolutely guarantee the book "HAS COVER inside." That's what happens when you convert with calibre after a metadata change/addition. Plus, the Kindle can't show metadata that doesn't exist.

....and to see this cover load your book and page back with the previous page button and when you run out of pages you'll be at the cover (in full screen mode).
