902 PB902 problem

Hi!
After starting only the opener a picture appears. I do anything does not go on.
Is not useful the reset, the firmware refreshing. There is a some kind of key combination with what is possible the factory reset?

This has happened to me. What I did was resetting the device while holding the on/off button at the same time. Maybe it was sheer luck, but the device woke up. No harm in trying anyway.
