Slow Story?

Hi all,
Is the iRiver Story very slow at turning pages?
Mine gets slower the further I progress in a book.
Now it takes about 15 sec to turn a page; at page 250 of am epub file...

Any solutions? I use firmware 1.86
s/w version (whatever that is; software version perhaps) is 0.9.85

I've found that happens with certain books. Not sure what causes it, maybe something about the file?

It is likely the epub file is not built out of separate files but contains one really long file. You can use Sigil to split the long file into chapters to fix this.

Thanks a bunch! That was the problem.
I had a lot of work though to split the file into 21 parts...
Is there any quick way to do this? Sigil is only capable to split a chapter into 2 parts.
So I had to split 20 times... ;p
Is there a program for that? I don't really care if the new file starts where the chapter in the book begins...
