Velocity Micro Cruz differences?

Hey guys, I am getting ready to order a Cruz Reader, however I noticed there are different model numbers... for example TigerDirect and Amazon have the R101, while Best buy has the R103. Are these all the same, and just use different model numbers depending on where they are sold, or are they revision models (R101 being the oldest, R103 being the newest?)

Any help is appreciated! I'm literally pulling my hair out! I just don't want to buy an older revision when I could have the newer one!

R103 is the newest and has a 4:3 aspect ratio.

I was just researching into this question

One thing I saw were reports that the units labeled "R103" were R101's with a sticker that said "R103".

The main difference seems to be that Android hackers have been complaining that the units appear to be identical to the user but the R103 is harder to "root" (i.e., to hack) than the R101.
