PocketBook903 and NEW microSD problem

I bought two new class 4 Kingston 8GB mSD cards for use with my new 903 (firmware 2.0,4). Both preformated FAT32. With both cards I run into the same problem:
>> inserted card->switched on the device->device stays locked in the welcome screen for minutes without any progress
>> switched on the device->inserted card->recognizes insertion and locks with hoursglass icon

Refomating cards externally (on PC) doesn´t help -> same behaviour
Creating empty directories (on PC) -> same behaviour
Copying few EPUB files (on PC) to one of those empty directories - EVERYTHING WORKS AS EXPECTED. It seems to me, that the 903 is not able to accept formatted empty card and goes to loop when browsing it (no card error reported). I have verified with both cards, it was enough to place only one PDF file on the second to eliminate the problem. I didn´t have any such problem with my old 512MB mSD, containig files, I have used to check the device when it arrived.
