Help with ADE transfer to my Nook

I am having difficulty transfering to my nook from ADE. I watched a couple of videos and the drag and drop doesn't work for me. I tried to manually add it to my nook by going to the file in Downloads and "sending" it to my Nook's drive. And that seems to work on my computer but when I go to my Nook the book is nowhere to be found. Am I missing something?

Are you looking in "My Documents" and not "My B&N Documents"?
