ebooks that appear and disappear
Being in Australia, I have mostly been buying books at Boders AU and A&R. I have noticed that some ebooks appear, then disappear from their websites. For example, a David Sedaris book appeared on the Borders website a couple of weeks ago. I was just about to purchase it today and it has vanished. This has happened before and is really annoying. Is this normal? Does anyone know why?

Yeh, I have been to Kobo and registered. I am waiting for a reply to an email about their pricing. Some books specify $AUD others not, so I don't quite get that.
