Help needed by A Newbie for converting .JAR files

How do you convert a .JAR file to EPub OR .PDF format??? What software is required, help urgently needed, as I am pulling my hair out on this one. Also could you reply in plain simple English and not Geek talk...thanx a million

.JAR is a Java file type and is basically a zip file. You could try unzipping it and seeing what the underlying files are. It is difficult to know exactly what format is inside the file. An ePUB is also a zip file by the way.
