Nook Color Cases? Would a K2 Case work?

The Nook Color dimensions are Dimensions (WxDxH): 5 in x 0.48 in x 8.1 in

The Kindle 2 dimensions are 8.0 × 5.3 × 0.36*in (203 × 135 × 9.14*mm)

Seems like it could work. Looking to save a few bucks.. I would prefer a book style case.. but I guess a neoprene sleeve type thing would be alright..

K2 cases work fine as long as they use corner straps or velcro. On some, the left upper corner strap will cover the power button, but not too badly.

I have a Latitude Jacket from M-Edge that was made for the Kindle 2, but my Nook Color fits in it just fine. There are four corner straps, but the upper left one is loose enough that I can get to the power button with no trouble. I like the case because it zips all the way around.

I've got the same case for my original Nook, and it has held up well for the 6 or 7 months that I've had it. I carry that Nook around in my purse (in the case) almost every day. The Nook is protected well, and the case looks like new.
