Calibre 0.6.29 for a PRS 500
Version 0.6.29 is what I understand to be the best version to use with the PRS 500. However, I get the typical "no device connected" error. Here is my debug info:

that's for os x. for windows you will in addition need to install the prs500.inf driver from the calibre installation folder. uninstall the sony software, jump through 3 hoops and pray.

Ok. Being that I'm only partly IT savy...I can't find the installation folder. I got the Sony stuff uninstalled...so I'm working on the prs500.inf

Ok now I get "The INF file you selected does not support this method of installation"....ARGH!! What now??
