Converting from pdb to epub or something!
I just bought a color nook and I'm converting other formats to one it can read. Alot converted but pdb doesn't want to. I tried converting to epbu and to pdf (both supported by nook) and all I got was the cover, not body of the book. Any help on this gratefully appreciated.

You will need to provide more information. Are you seeing any errors? The best thing to do is open a ticket and attach one of the files that fails to convert properly.

PDB is not an ebook format, per se. It is a data file format that originated on the PalmOS. There are a number of different and incompatible ebook formats that use/used the PDB (Palm DataBase) file structure. Not all of them are supported by Calibre.

What format are your PDB books? What reader software were they used with originally?

No error message or anything. It just converts the cover, not text. I've tried it on 4 different books with the same results.

They are Mobipocket books.
