PRS-650 Important questions for sony prs 650?

I've seen in many threads ppl talking about possible battery damage if not charged properly,and because my second sony(the first was robbed) is arriving tomorrow ,i want to be sure of the proper usage.

So i have some questions which i hope ll be helpful for me

1: Is it better to leave it in Sleeping mode or Shutdown when I finish reading?

2:Should i Shutdown when charging or do it in sleep mode?

3: Does the battery drain if the reader is used too frequently and played lot?
Cse in my first reader ,the battery lasted only 4 days.

4:Would i get battery problem if i dont complete charging?

5:Are there any other issues that i should care of?

Having 3 Sony Readers i never had any problem with charging.
Mostly using sleep mode only when not using for a few days i shutdown the reader. I charged when in sleep mode and when shutdown with no problems in the last 2 years.
