DR800 irex defective

Hola Claudia,

asegúrate de que insertas correctamente la tarjeta en el DR800.
Si tras formatearla en el ordenador sigue sin reconocerla el DR800, entonces puede que la propia tarjeta esté estropeada.
Prueba con alguna otra que tengas.

Si incluso así no funciona, puede que se haya el DR800.

gracias por tu ayuda , ya hice todo lo que me comentas y no funciona , tal como tu me dices creo que es el lector de la targeta, en tal caso la unica solucion parece ser el servicio tecnico, cosa que nop existe porque no existe irex. y ahora quien podra ayudarme??

Pues si es así lo siento, pero me temo que en ese caso no puedes hace nada.
De todos modos, haz una última prueba, deja un par de semanas o incluso un mes el lector por ahí olvidado (que se descargue completamente), vuélvelo a cargar pasado ese tiempo y repite el proceso a ver si hay suerte.

Por cierto, a menos de que lo compraras directamente a IREX, prueba suerte donde lo compraste por si ellos te ofrecen alguna solución.

Y finalmente, aún no han decidido nada, pero tal vez IRX - la nueva empresa surgida de las cenizas de IREX - ofrezca en el futuro reparaciones de los DR800. Pero repito, no hay nada oficial ni decisiones aún.
