My Nook is DEAD

White screen of death.

4 weeks old, bought as gift for avid reading Mom.

Tried to download (pre load) books tonight, it froze, no response to power button.

Version 1.5 of software, no response from B&N so far.

Very, very disappointed. This is a paperweight right now, and it's 12 days before Christmas.

Have you had any success doing something with it in the 4 weeks you've had it prior to this?
