Certified pre-owned Nook WiFi $89 after gift card

This is not actually a "new" deal. It's just a combination of two different deals already posted here, but considering how cheap a Nook ends up being, I thought it might be worth a new thread. Mods, if you disagree, feel free to delete or append to the other threads. Basically, the CPO Nook WiFi is now just $99. Barnes and Noble now has a deal where you get an extra $10 gift card after purchasing a $100 gift card. Effectively, this means that your price is now $89 for the WiFi Nook (although you still spend $100 and just have $11 in credit for B&N to maybe buy a book there, or to cover the tax if you have sales tax where you live).
