Stanza progress bar at the bottom of screen

I have been using Stanza happily for about 6 months and only yesterday I noticed that at the bottom of the screen, very thin, faint and barely visible, is a bar, apparently showing how far you are into the book.

This is on the actual reading screen, not the one you get when you touch the centre and get book title, chapter, options and, of course, a bar in blue and white.

Is there any way to make this bar more visible?

Try changing your color scheme. I read white-on-black and the bar shows up just fine. Besides, white-on-black is easier to read than black-on-white.

I've noticed the bar, but haven't had interest in enlarging it or otherwise making it more visible.

I've noticed it as well, but I think it's fine as is, and never tried to change it. I also read white-on-black.

I have been using the "wood" theme - you're right, the bar is more obvious with other themes.

If you press the center section to show the controls, doesn't the progress bar show better then?
