Hello
I'm new here and not at all tech savvy. I anticipate needing lots and lots of technical support with my Nook
 I've had it for over a month (and I love it) but I'm still having some issues. Looking forward to speaking with you guys!

thank you Sandy and cassidym for the welcome. I've been driving myself spare all night trying to figure out why things keep disappearing off my nook (searching through the threads and whatnot)...i think i'm giving up
