It's hard to get exact information on the number of downloads people achieve with a giveaway and how many you need to get high in the Amazon rankings. So I'm experimenting with a giveaway, various promotion techniques, and blogging about it very openly with exact figures. Hope it helps others.

I'm giving my novel away free as an alternative Christmas present, as it's an alternative kind of Christmas novel. It's full of dark humour, so I hope you enjoy it if you get fed up with the usual festive sentimentality.
