User Manual etc
Will be on the road for a while so I thought I would read up more on how to take full advantage of calibre.

There is a lot of info in the Help section of the Calibre website. My question is:

Are the User Manual, FAQ, and the other tutorial guides etc available somewhere as a download in the *.chm file format, or other formats so that I can view them offline?
