Can't Authorize
Heya, folks-
I read all over and tried asking Sony, but it seems I may be unique with this issue. Has anyone had their PC hang during authorization, and blatantly refuse to go past the ~35% mark? I tried the deletion of folders referenced in another post, to no avail. Any thoughts? |

I had the issue with one PC that the Connect software wouldn't even attempt to authorize it. A simple restart of the software did the trick though. I am sure this is not what's going to help you....
What's your OS? |

Windows XP. The Connect Support guys are baffled.
I needed a new laptop, anyhow. Works with Vista. |

I had this problem and rebooted and restarted the software and tried to reconnect several times. Finally it just worked. I can't say what was the final cure.
