MOBI TOC HELP NEEDED

Hi,

I've converted an indesign epub file to mobi on calibre in preparation for uploading on to the kindle store. I created a TOC in indesign at the top of the document with text anchors and hyperlinks but these links have died in the conversion process. I have no knowledge of HTML and a very demanding boss, so any help much appreciated.
