Hidden gems
During browsing studying the iRex codes I've found these two guys. Put them anywhere on your SD card, e.g. inside Programs/ folder. The first one configures power settings (inactivity period before suspending), the other one configures rotation direction. Personally I prefer Clockwise for then in Landscape mode the protective sleeve stays naturally on top of the device.

I have them in <sdcard>/Programs/iRex+/*.desktop . Then just browse to this folder and launch either, they are visible in the "file browser".

i did it and i could enter it. but, since i did that, flipping to the next page takes again a very long time. my device is getting suddenly extremely slow. do youo have any idea what that could be? Last edited by Franky; 07-12-2010 at 10:36 AM. |

Is it possible to set the flipbar direction in landscape mode? right now, the flipbar direction can only be set in portrait mode.

A small teaser: Stardict port is in progress
 With this specific encyclopedia there's one problem for now: mobipocket format. Somehow it is supported by FBReader but no "natural" plugin for DR800.
