Cant Delete File

I have run into a weird experience. I was in the middle of downloading news feeds when calibre closed unexpectedly.

I was left with a news file that wont open on Calibre and causes the directory to not be recognized by Calibre. I then go to my calibre file locations and attempt to delete the file. The file is not able to be deleted because it is password locked to user/nobody.

I cannot delete the file or open Calibre now.

Any ideas? This is a shared directory on a NAS drive so this now stops Calibre from opening on any of my pc's.
