Palm spells it out: we'll be the ones to make the next Palm OS
Palm's just-released annual report spells out pretty clearly that Palm is not waiting for PalmSource's ACCESS Linux Platform. Rather they are negotiating with PalmSource for expanded rights to develop and distribute the Palm OS and thereby create the "next-generation Palm OS" themselves.
