Do I have a problem with my JBL?

It appears that my JBL only turns pages one at a time. When I hold any of the page-turn buttons down for an extended period, nothing happens beyond the one page turn.

It seems to me that the day I got it (Christmas) the pages advanced maybe ten at a time when I held the button down.

Any suggestions?

It could be that feature changed with one of the updates.

Which format(s) were you using? There seems to be some differences in the features
available depending on the format.

I am using 0.14i, patch v15.

I am reading the books that came with it, which I believe are all .txt format.

I have the same firmware and patch. I just tried it out on Robinson Cruso. The book turned one page at a time even when I held down any of the next/previous page buttons.

I have the current v0.15 firmware, now and I also only get one page per press.
(I do see the LED flashing if I hold the next page button down.)

I never tried that when I had earlier firmware on the JBL.

I guess you never updated anyway so it's not a matter of the firmware version,
for you. All I can say is that updating to v0.15 won't give you that feature.

The page turn feature you are referencing works with PDF's.... but I've never seen it with other file types.

OK. I thought for sure that I saw it zip through pages when I first got it. I guess not.
