Hello to All
I am preparing to purchase my first e-reader. I really like the Kindle, and have read multiple reviews of the device.
I have some questions (as I see many of us do...

1) after you download a book, can you then download it to your computer when you are done reading it? or do you just accumulate books?
2) ditto the above for magazines? and can you just download a specific article to your computer from a e-magazine?
If any of the aboved answers are YES, what software do you need on your computer? and does it work on a MAC?
3) can you download books from, say, Audible for e-reading?

I am hoping to have a Kindle by Christmas. I love books.

The Kindle to Pc application was just released.....it free. Allows you to read you k books on your pc, and even if you don't have a Kindle you can buy their books now. Heres the link, and welcome to MobileRead!
