Hi All,
I just published RUTS on the kindle format. Here is the description:

"RUTS: routine procedures or courses of action regarded as dull and unrewarding." - Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary

Is this dictionary definition also the definition of your life? If so, don't despair. RUTS (Relaxation, Understanding, Treatment, Success) is also a system for changing behaviour.
Grab hold of this book and begin to pull yourself up and out. There's a bright, new world waiting for you just over the ridge of your rut.
Traditionally there have been two methods of attempting to change behaviour: buy a self-help book or go into therapy. Both methods have the same problem: knowledge without practice does not work. Will therapy work if you spend one hour a week learning wellness and six days and twenty-three hours trundling along in your rut? Will a self-help book work if you read ten pages and decide assimilating the information will take too much time or is too hard?
RUTS provides an easy technique that will enable you to scale the sides of your rut and step out into the sunshine. The RUTS technique has been developed, by the author, over a period of twenty-five years in the private practice of psychology.
