Screen Issue

A line has appeared in the centre of my ebook neatly bisecting the page top to bottom. It's as if a line of pixels were missing.

HAs anyone seen this previoulsy and is this normal? Any help would be much appreciated.

Is it anything like the problem described here? There is a pic of the problem which might help.

There seem to have been a lot of screen problems recently, and they often seem to need replacement/repair. Some people have reported that a full charge helps with some screen problems, but that's usually if it's been left unused for a while.

Frozennorth thanks this looks like the same problem.

I've tried resetting (hard and soft) also tried the Sony tip on audio player leaving page active for 3 hours with no success.

It's only 5 months old so I'll try warranty.
