Computer wants to Format PRS-505?

Everytime I hook my reader up to my computer (Vista 64) I get a pop up asking if I want to format the media. Seems that it sees the PRS-505 as a new drive requiring format. Since it is functioning properly already I always "cancel" and continue with Calibre to add or delete books. Why do I always get this message and is there a way to avoid it?

Maybe you forgot an unformatted SD card in the slot?

This happens to me every time, too. I just hit cancel, but it would be nice to turn it off. And, no, I don't have any cards in the Sony.

I don't keep any cards in mine either. I have only put one in once to see what happened.
