Two-way sync (or at least overwrite) for cloud storage

Hi, I think it would be great to have the option to sync two-way withcloud storage to automatically save highlighted PDFs, for example. I get that this could be quite complex to implement. One (I think simpler) way to get closer to this would be to allow to overwrite when uploading, instead of creating a new renamed copy. At least with a dialog like "Do you want to overwrite, or create a new copy". Is this possible?

Hello there... have you tried syncthing? I know there are some guide here I used some months ago. I have koreader on my kobo, my android phone and my debian server and everything keep synced. My PDF and SDR folders are updated daily and everything works fine... or exactly what do you want?

Uhm! I've used Syncthing yes, but didn't know about the Koreader plugin, will definitely try it. Thanks a lot!
