Tags and searching on them issue
i set some tags in calibre
i searched author for 'edgar rice' then added -- erb to the tag fiels.. worked fine\ when i searched (tags:"-- erb") i get them and 100's of others??? this is one i wanted that came OVER -- erb, erbERBerbERB, sf this is one that came over 'spy thriller, international thriller, middle east thriller, thriller actiion, thriller adventure, thriller books, thriller espionage, thriller lebanon' and another (their are 100's of them) A Beginner’s Guide to Using Herbal Tea For A Healthier Lifestyle i tried ---ERB--- and got same result??? erbERBerbERB seemed to work (and it does not care about caps) what am i missing????? |

I believe that by default search ignores spaces and punctuation. So searching for “—erb” will match “thriller books”.

I guess that was to clear a reason for a old guy to see tks.. that is a big help
