Does autocleanup not include images?

[Request] Can this be changed? just adding feeds and using autocleanup would do wonders if it tries to include images from articles.

how does browser's reading mode do this*?

it includes images if the image is not loaded by javascript and the image doesnt look like an ad. browsers run JS so they can handle JS based image loading automatically.
