A special psychiatric facility for wealthy delusionals, in the French Alps, has a temporary new director while the founder is taking a well-earned rest. And a new young woman doctor, Frances Sedgwick, has also just started at the facility. But strange things are happening, and not everyone is who they seem. Not even the staff.
