Problems in change of page
I have been having problems with the page change for a few days. Touching the screen to advance the page change is inaccurate: the reader skips a few pages back or forward. Repeating the touch returns to the starting page and then touching again the problem recurs. After a few attempts, operation resumes normally, but the problem recurs again after turning a few pages. The problem occurs with all books. The installed software version is 4.28.18220.

Clean and wipe the frame around the screen. There is a possibility that it is contaminated, so you have this. The Kobo Glo has IR-sensor.

Thank you for your suggestion. I solved it by using a can of compressed air sprinkled on the edge.
