Clara HD Help - Import data to Kobo sqlite

Can you anyone me how to copy/replace a table or a row [or replace the data in a table with the data from another table)? (I have no previous experience with databases.) When I exported the "User" table from a Kobo sqlite to a CVS file and then imported it to another Kobo sqlite, it created a new "User" table (id. est, it created an additonal table), so I have to delete the ancient one). Now I have transferred all the books to the new Kobo, but the annotations, etc. were not transferred. I need to transferred at least the bookmarks (either by replacing the entire Bookmars table or by resplacing all the data in the Bookmarks table), pero I don't know how.
