How to tag series as incomplete

Hi all,

I am a very avid reader and i have found over the years that i quiet often forget about finishing a series as some books take years between releases.

If I tag a book in a series in Calibre is there a way i can mark the series as unfinished. Plus when there is a rough eta on the next book releases date put some sort of a flag that pops up when i open calibre to check if the book is actually published?

For the complete/incomplete, you could do a Yes/No custom column.

For a simpler way, you could also just use a tag of your choice. You'd have to specifically look at that tag periodically though, so that might defeat the purpose.

Using the Library, presupposes you have populated it with metadata entries.
The Library does not know that a new release is available

BTW There is a plugin to look for gaps (no book entry with metadata)
Quality Check Plugin
Check Metadata: Check Series Gaps (can get really long for some with 3 digits )
