Note Pro - PDF text highlighting and exporting?

Hi

I've read various things, but still confused.

Basically, I would like to import PDFs, annotate, that is, highlight sections of text. Then export the PDF file.

- Will the highlighting on the PDF file display correctly when viewed on a PC (with usual pdf software).

- What's the best method for importing/exporting PDFs?

- Will highlighting PDFs work (with pen or finger), using a 3rd PDF app rather than neoreader?
