Calibre Issues With Nook Hd

I'm also having issues my NOOK HD wont connect to calibre...
i had to uninstall the new verison to downgrade see if it will connect but both version dont work... please help (it is showing it connected to the computer but calibre not picking it up) I've been a calibre user for 6 yrs.... this is the first time i ever encounter....

NEVERMIND it working now MTP UPDATED and window media player updated it works now... weird....
